Our great weekend started Thursday night with Patrick conducting "Thumbs up U.S.A." He played the other pieces, but sits in the back and I could not get a picture of him! Then on Saturday we went to Kimber and Tommy's Wedding. The wedding was picture perfect. We left the wedding and went to "The Come See Me Festival." The firework show that night was spectacular. Today we enjoyed hanging out with friends from our Sunday School Class at lunch after church. We really will miss all them.Patrick conducting

Happenings

Patrick's graduation is fastly approaching. I am so excited and proud of him. He just finished his orals and written comps for graduate school. Now all he has left is a paper and one final. He graduates May 7th at 7pm!
The Come See Me Festival is taking place in Rock Hill right now, and I can't wait to go check it out this weekend. Also, there will be a big fireworks show Saturday night. I am hoping for clear weather. A friend of ours from Sunday School is getting married on Saturday too. We are in for a big weekend. Watch for pictures!
Well, I am about to go see the concert Patrick is performing in tonight.

Getting ready for Iowa

Patrick accepted a job in Carroll, Iowa as the band director for grades 7-12! So, we are headed to Iowa June 5th. The town is great. We hope to keep everyone updated on all things Box. Patrick graduates with his Master's degree from Winthrop on May 7th! I have about 33 days to go before school is out for me.

Carroll, Iowa the picture speaks for itself.Who knew we would have a place to ski. Great for beginners like me!The Depot

We have the future in wind power technology too!

The College World Series will be about a 2 hour drive away from us. A great Zoo in Omaha.
