8-10 strawberries (cut off green stem & half them)
2 bananas ( cut into 4's)
5-8 ice cubes (I use 6)
1/2 cup of plain yogurt
1/3 cup milk
2 tsp of sugar ( I will slowly be taking this out)
Blend until smooth
~This was my yummy breakfast this morning. Also, this is enough for 2 mornings or 2 people. It hit the spot after my workout.
