Ice Ice Baby
An ice storm came through Carroll, IA on Wednesday, January 20th. This storm caused us to be without power from around 9:30 Wednesday morning until around 3:30 Thursday. This is what happens when 1 1/2 to 2 inches of ice hits.
The destruction follows:
