It has been a cool rainy day in Iowa. We stayed inside as much as possible.

I planned on taking him to see the park and to see some tractors and combines. The only tractors we got to see up close are the ones on this adorable rain jacket. This afternoon I had to take Charles to the doctor. He has had two bad nights of not sleeping. Just as I suspected he has an ear infection. I just didn't know that both of his ears were infected. He was also running a temp. of 101.6 at the doctor's office. The doctor put him on medicine and we will go back in two weeks to make sure he is all better. Hopefully sleep is in the cards for all three of us tonight and in the nights to come.
